Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions for returning or exchanging tickets purchased through BG PLUS LLP, registered in the United Kingdom (35 Ballards Lane, London, N3 1XW, GB).

This policy complies with UK consumer legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and applies to all electronic tickets sold by us.

By purchasing tickets, you agree to the terms of this policy.


1. General Terms

1.1 Non-Refundable Nature of Tickets

Under Regulation 28(1)(h) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, tickets for events scheduled on a specific date are non-refundable after purchase. This applies to all tickets sold by us.

1.2 Digital Delivery

Electronic tickets are delivered immediately after purchase. By completing your order, you acknowledge that the service is provided instantly and the right to cancel is waived, except as set out in Section 2.

1.3 Customer Responsibility

Please review all event details (date, time, venue) carefully before completing your purchase.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available in the following cases:

2.1 Event Cancellation

If the event is cancelled, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket’s face value, excluding service and transaction fees.

2.2 Event Rescheduling

If the event is rescheduled or the venue changes, you may:

Use the ticket for the new date or venue, or

Request a refund of the ticket’s face value within 14 days of being notified.

2.3 Major Event Change

If there is a significant change to the event (e.g., major performer replacement), you may request a refund of the ticket’s face value.

2.4 Exceptional Cases

Refunds for personal emergencies may be considered at our discretion upon receiving valid documentation. Contact tix@bgplus.live


3. Vouchers

Instead of a refund, customers may request a voucher equal to the ticket’s face value.

Vouchers can be used for any BG PLUS event within two years from the original purchase date.


4. Refund Process

4.1 Request Submission

To request a refund or voucher, email tix@bgplus.live with your order number, contact details, and reason for your request.

4.2 Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.


4.3 Refund Scope

Refunds include only the face value of the ticket. Service, delivery, or transaction fees are non-refundable.


5. Non-Refundable Tickets

Promotional or discounted tickets (e.g., Early Bird, Last Minute), unless the event is cancelled.

Tickets already used for event entry.


6. Force Majeure

If an event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic), refunds or vouchers will be provided in line with UK law and fair trading principles.
